Where do you meet?
We worship every Sunday morning at 300 Roberts Trail in Benson (near McGee’s Crossroads), but you won’t find a traditional church building at the end of that narrow gravel road. We gather in the home of our executive pastor, Wade Tyner.
How should I dress?
Most of us follow a dress code landing somewhere between business and dressy casual. As long as your wardrobe adheres to biblical principles of modesty, you’ll be okay.
What time should I arrive?
We begin our worship at 10:30 a.m. You are welcome, however, to join us as early as 10:00 a.m. for coffee and fellowship.
Do you have a nursery for my kids?
No, we do not. We firmly believe in family-integrated worship. All ages, young and old, are together when we meet. We do have a separate room for parents who need to take their children out of the service. Audio streams into that room so you won’t miss anything.
What should I expect on Sunday morning?
First, we pray together. Second, we sing together out of custom hymnals. Third, our lead pastor, Jeremy Sarber, reads Scripture, prays, and teaches about the passage. Lastly, we sing one more song before bringing our worship to an end. Typically, the service lasts about an hour or so.
Following worship, we stay together for fellowship over a meal. Various families will bring food for us to share. It provides us with an opportunity to encourage one another and enjoy our unity in Christ.
Should I bring food?
It’s not necessary. If you want to bring a Crock-Pot of food, that’s entirely up to you. Please do not feel obligated. We usually have plenty for everyone including new visitors.
